Welcome
My therapeutic style is rooted in the belief that people are intrinsically valued and are deserving of fundamental human connection.
Hello & Welcome
Supporting you to find clarity, balance and a way forward.
For the past decade, I have had the privilege of supporting adults through some of their most challenging and transformative moments. My clients come from all walks of life and seek support for a wide range of experiences - from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, to navigating neurodiversity, hypersensitivity or challenges in terms of their relationships or friendships and struggles with confidence, perfectionism and boundaries.
You might be feeling stuck, lost or at a crossroads, unsure of where to turn next. Together, we'll create a safe, understanding space where you can explore what is happening for you, make sense of your feelings and begin to find a way forward.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth and centred on you - helping you to find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction at your own pace.
I have a particular interest in working with women, mothers and professionals who are living with ADHD. My approach blends therapy and practical coaching so you not only feel supported emotionally but also leave with strategies that actually work for you and make life easier.
I am based in Ealing W5 and W7 and online, depending on your preference. I work with adults (18+) on a short to long-term basis.
